Associate Professor Yongqi Xie Dr. Xie’s main research activities lie in aircraft environment control with his interdisciplinary expertise in CFD analysis, structural design and control technology. His research interests also include aircraft environmental control technology, loop heat pipe, phase change energy storage technology and heat exchanger. His work in Electronics Cooling is internationally recognized. He is proactively consulting and collaborating widely in industry. A wide range of his projects have been funded by NSFC, China Aviation Fund and industry.

Dr. XIONG Hao specializes in Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) as well as Empirical and Interdisciplinary Legal Studies. Before joining the Law School, Fudan University in 2014, he worked as a research assistant at the China Affair Office, University of Hong Kong. Dr. XIONG obtained his LLB from East China University of Politics and Law, his LLM from the University of Melbourne, and his PhD from the University of Hong Kong. Dr. XIONG was awarded the prestigious Fulbright Fellowship from the United States Department of State and had been selected as a visiting scholar to Harvard Law School during 2011-12. He also has experiences in participating in the national social science research grant projects.

Dr. Sankar is a Regents Professor and Sikorsky Professor in the Guggenheim School of Aerospace Engineering at the Georgia Institute of Technology. As Director of the School's Computational Fluid Dynamics Lab, he leads a research and education program focused on the modeling and simulation of unsteady viscous flow around aircraft, helicopters, horizontal axis wind turbines, and turbo-machinery components. He teaches undergraduate and graduate level courses in the areas of aerodynamics, helicopter theory, wind energy, aerodynamic design, and computational aerodynamics. Dr. Sankar is the author or co-author of more than 300 technical publications in the fields of spatially and temporally high order algorithms, 3-D unsteady transonic flow over aircraft configurations, helicopter aeromechanics, compressor stall and surge, wind energy, and aerodynamic design. He is an AIAA Fellow, a Technical Fellow of the American Helicopter Society, and a member of the American Society of Engineering Educators, and the American Society of Mechanical Engineers.

Furong Cao（F R Cao or F Cao）, born on January 11,1964, got his Master Degree of metal processing in 1991 and got his Ph D degree of metal processing in 1999 at Northeastern University, Shenyang, PR China. He worked at Liaoning Electrolytic Capacitor Aluminum Foil Factory as a technician in 1984-1988. He is presently a researcher from January 1st, 2021 on, and had been an associate professor from 2001 till 2020 at Northeastern University, PR China. His key research direction is processing, microstructure, mechanical properties and deformation mechanism related to severe plastic deformation, superplasticity and continuous casting-extrusion of nonferrous metals, strengthening and toughening, especially Mg-Li alloys and Al-Mg alloys. He, together with his colleagues, has published 134 articles among which 46 are indexed by SCI and 75 are indexed by Ei Compendex. As the first author, he has published 68 articles among which 30 are SCI-indexed articles. His monograph, Superplasticity of Metals, was published in 2014. He took part in 15 projects among which 6 are NSFC (National Natural Science Foundation of China) projects, 1 is National High-Tech Fundamental Programme (973 project), 1 is provincial-level project and 7 are enterprise-related R& D projects.
