Anas Elsawy works as an Enigineer. He has over 10 years of professional experience as a structural design engineer and process engineer on large-scale projects in the Gulf area (UAE, Kuwait, and Saudi Arabia) and the United States (Florida).
Senior-level chartered structural engineer with experience in a wide range of industries, including residential buildings, administrative buildings, industrial buildings, mosques, schools, malls, hotels, airports, and high-rise structures, height of more than 50 stories.
Mikhail Slobodyan is currently research fellow at the Tomsk Scientific Center of the Siberian Branch of the Russian Academy of Sciences. In 2002, he received his degree in welding engineering from Tomsk Polytechnic University and completed his postgraduate studies in 2005. His dissertation was devoted to the optimization of resistance welding procedures in the production of fuel assemblies from zirconium alloys for nuclear reactors. After receiving the academic degree, Mikhail worked as an assistant professor and senior researcher at the Tomsk Polytechnic University for almost ten years. In 2020, he moved to work at the Russian Academy of Sciences. His main research areas are welding, additive manufacturing, and high-energy surface processing of metals, steels and alloys, as well as general issues of metal science. The main results have been published in several dozen papers in peer-reviewed journals indexed by main scientific databases.
