Dr. Dai-Yeun Jeong is presently the Director of Asia Climate Change Education Center and an Emeritus Professor of Environmental Sociology at Jeju National University (South Korea). He received BA and MA Degree in Sociology from Korea University (South Korea), and PhD in Environmental Sociology from University of Queensland (Australia). He was a Professor of environmental sociology at Jeju National University (South Korea) from 1981 to 2012. His past major professional activities include a Teaching Professor at University of Sheffield in UK, the President of Asia-Pacific Sociolog ical Association, a Delegate of South Korean Government to UNFCCC and OECD Environmental Meeting, etc. He has published 13 books including Environmental Sociology, and has conducted 95 environment-related research projects funded by domestic and international organizations.

Monica Aguado Alonso Doctorate in Industrial Engineering from the Public University of Navarra. With more than 27 years of experience, she has developed her career in both the private and public sectors. Her expertise is focused on all aspects related to the grid integration of renewable energies. She is a Full Professor in the Department of Electrical Engineering at the Public University of Navarra and since 2003 she has been the Director of the Department of Grid Integration, Storage and Hydrogen at CENER. Author of numerous scientific publications, she has participated in many national and international expert committees and conferences, as well as in numerous national and European R&D projects.
